Nostos Ventures established its presence in Greece in April 2019, through the incorporation of Beyondful M.E.P.E (single shareholder LLC), a specialized startup with its sole focus on the Hospitality & Leisure sector of Greece.

 

Beyondful’s vision evolves around the development and management of unique hospitality concepts, as well as logistics and support services tailored for the hospitality and leisure sector. The acquisition of a small land parcel in Chania/Crete slated for villa development was a first milestone in a long term plan that aims to also expand the company's presence to other locations.

Core to Beyondful’s growth plan is the provision of hospitality management services and the association with likeminded owners and investors, aiming to create a collection of fine Homes, Villas, Private Estates, Mansions and Unique (Boutique) Hotels situated in prime locations, featuring a bundle of essential services that enhance the experience of its guests.

Beyondful also provides hospitality advisory and asset management services to investors in / owners of hospitality assets in Greece.
