Katerina has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate, hospitality, tourism, leisure and events industries.
For several years, Katerina held a senior role in the Real Estate, Hospitality and Leisure consulting division of Deloitte & Touche Middle East, where she provided strategic and operational advise to prominent clients and corporations. Her expertise includes strategy development, product optimization, operating model design, financial modeling and asset management.
Katerina also served at the regional offices of Marriott International as the Director of Strategy and Special Projects for the Middle East and Africa Region. In this role, she oversaw the implementation of projects in major hotels and the acquisition of a hotel chain in Africa. Katerina also has operational experience in Marriott hotels in Europe.
In addition, Katerina was the Director of Constituents and Guest Experience for the Special Olympics World Games, Abu Dhabi 2019. In this role she led a team of professionals in the areas of delegations, families and protocol services, oversaw the planning of guest journey and ensured the right level of service and hospitality was delivered to 7,000 athletes, 4,000 family members and 3,000 honored guests.
Katerina holds a Masters of Science in International Hospitality Management from Strathclyde University, Scotland and a Bachelor in Economics from the National University of Athens, Greece.

Yannis has 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having served in managerial and executive roles in 4 continents.
Yannis was previously employed by Hilton International in Athens-Greece, London-UK, Durban-South Africa and Cairo-Egypt, by InterContinental Hotels Group in Miami and San Francisco-USA, Toronto-Canada and Dubai-UAE and by Jumeirah Group in New York-USA and Dubai-UAE.
Between 2013 and 2019, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of RAK Hospitality Holding LLC and its five subsidiaries, an integrated hospitality sector-focused group of companies he helped establish and oversaw its operations.
His hospitality career includes managerial and executive roles in hotel operations, project management, estate management and hotel development.
Between 2015 and 2019, Yannis also served the Boards of Directors of five SOE’s in Ras Al Khaimah and Georgia.
Yannis is a graduate of Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, Switzerland and certified in Corporate Governance by INSEAD (International Directors Program).
